株式会社コスモマキアー（以下「当社」といいます）が権利を有するゲームタイトルに関し、個人またはサークル等の同人活動の範疇において、ゲーム配信、二次使用、二次創作活動を楽しんでいただけるようにガイドラインを制定いたしました。
当社のゲームやキャラクター、世界観に対して、お客様が真摯に情熱をもって向かい合っていただけることに感謝し、その体験が広く共有されることを応援したいと考えております。
対象タイトルが適切なガイドラインに沿う形であれば、画像、動画、楽曲、世界観、キャラクター等のコンテンツ（以下コンテンツ）を利用することについて著作権侵害を主張いたしません。ただし、その投稿に際しては、以下のガイドラインに従っていただく必要があります。あらかじめご了承ください。（また二次使用を行ったコンテンツを、当社のTwitter、facebook、WEB番組等でご紹介させていただく場合がございます。）
お客様は、正式な発売日またはサービス開始日を迎えた当社のゲーム著作物を、投稿に利用することができます。正式な発売日またはサービス開始日を迎えていないものに関しては、当社が公式に公開した当社のゲーム著作物のみを投稿に利用することができます。
投稿に当社以外の第三者が有する知的財産権が利用されている場合、このガイドラインとは別に、その知的財産権の権利者から許諾を得る必要があります。また、お客様ご自身の創作性やコメントが含まれた動画や静止画が投稿されることを期待しております。お客様の創作性やコメントが含まれない投稿や当社のゲーム著作物のコピーに過ぎない投稿はご遠慮ください。
お客様が事実に反して、当社や当社の関係者から、協賛や提携を受けているようなことを示唆したり、誤信させたりしないでください。
当社は、違法または不適切な投稿や公序良俗に反する投稿、このガイドラインに従わない投稿に対して、法的措置を講じる権利を保持しています。
対象タイトルは、「トリガーハートエグゼリカ」となります。
＊「式神の城」「式神の城2」は株式会社アルファシステムの著作物であり、「FANTAVISION202X」は「FANTAVISION」が株式会社ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントの商標のため、弊社単独判断での許諾はできませんので、HPの問合せフォームより必ずご連絡ください。
無断で利用して弊社以外から著作権侵害を主張された場合、弊社では責任は負いかねます、あらかじめご了承ください。

趣味の範囲とみなすことが出来る規模の創作活動に限り許容いたします。

■禁止事項
当社及び作品のイメージを著しく損なう表現や利用方法
公序良俗に反するサイトでの利用
各国の法令に違反するもの
当社の知的財産権を侵害するもの
当社の商品またはサービスの正常な動作を妨げたり、安全性を損ねたりする行為
異なるゲーム、アプリでの利用
不正にコピーされたゲームソフト、改造されたゲームソフト、当社の許諾を受けずに当社の著作物を利用して制作されたゲームソフト、または不正に入手されたゲームソフト、チート、クラッキング、不正アクセス、技術的制限手段の回避、不正な改造またはこれらを可能にする物、ツールもしくはサービス
ほか、当社が不適切と判断するもの
なお、コンテンツの二次使用および二次創作について使用者に発生した損害や責任については当社は一切の責任を負いません。

Guidelines for Secondary Use and Secondary Creation of Cosmo Machia's Products and Owned IP

Cosmo Machia Inc. has established the following guidelines for game distribution, secondary use, and secondary creation of game titles for which we owns the rights, in order to allow individuals and circles to enjoy game distribution, secondary use, and secondary creation activities within the scope of doujin activities.
We appreciate our customers' sincere and passionate approach to our games, characters, and worldviews, and we would like to encourage them to share their experiences with others.
We do not claim any copyright infringement in the use of images, videos, music, worldviews, characters, or other content (hereafter referred to as "Content"), as long as the title in question follows the appropriate guidelines. However, the following guidelines must be followed when submitting the Content. Please understand this in advance. (In addition, we may introduce the Content that has been used for secondary purposes on our Twitter, Facebook, web programs, etc.)
You may use our game titles that have an official release date or service start date for your contribution. As for those that do not have an official release date or service start date, you may only use our game works that have been officially released by us for posting.
If your contribution uses intellectual property rights owned by a third party other than the Company, you must obtain permission from the owner of the intellectual property rights separately from these guidelines. We also expect you to post videos and still images that include your own creativity and comments. Please refrain from submissions that do not include your creativity or comments, or that are merely copies of our game works.
Do not suggest or falsely imply that you are sponsored or affiliated with us or our affiliates in any way that is not true.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any postings that are illegal or inappropriate, offensive to public order and morals, or that do not follow these guidelines.

-Unauthorized copying of game software, modified game software, game software created using our copyrighted materials without our permission, or game software obtained illegally, cheating, cracking, unauthorized access, circumvention of technical restrictions, unauthorized modification, or any object or tool that enables these or services that enable such things, tools, or services
-Any other material that the Company deems inappropriate
The Company shall not be liable for any damage or liability incurred by the user in connection with the secondary use or secondary creation of content.
